We are having prombles trying to shut down the computer it just wont shut down

We are having prombles trying to shut down the computer it just wont shut down??????

or restart,standby or lag off from the start button. So we have to put the computer in hibernate?????? And the computer running slow too.

Go to start and then run

When in the run dialog box type the word control and press enter (this will take you to the control panel)

When in the control panel scroll down and double click the power options icon

When in the power options window click on the advanced tab

When in the advanced tab dialog box pops up click on the option that states (when the power button is pressed) select an option that suits your computing needs

Click ok, restart your computer and everything should be fine
