How do you cut and paste?

I am job hunting and frequently visit web sites that ask me to cut and paste my resume to a box on their web site. How do I do that? I have a short cut to my resume on my desktop and I have the resume in a Microsoft word file also.

Go to your resume, right click, point to cut, then click.

Then go to the job search website, right click, point to paste, then click
