How would you access the bios in safe mode?

When I boot up my computer nothing comes up on the monitor. I have opened up my case many times and everything is connected the bios is set to onboard video and I don't know what the problem is, I can't acsess the bios because there is no display on the monitor. Can you please help me?

First make sure that the cable to your monitor is working buy making sure the connection is tight at both ends If that doesn't work try rebooting your computer, when you hear the sound that microsoft window has been loaded press f5 or f8 that will bring you to safe mode to do the changes you need to do.
