I have a problem with my system locking up then shutting down or just freezing up. I have replaced the M/B Video card and harddrive along with formatting and fresh installs. I do notice I can't get though a though scandisk and it freezes up, along with loading software. Can it be bad memory? It does run after I hit the reboot button but somethings just put this thing in limbo.

Thanks John
