I am missing the file: joy.cpl and I am having great difficulty expanding or extracting the file joy.cp_ from the Windows 2000. I followed the Micrsoft Technet notes, but it keeps telling me it can't open the source file and sometines it says it can't open the destination file. I sure miss SFC. Is there another utilitiy or can you give me a play by ply for extracting this file?

Thank You.
