What is this PC keeps freezing up

when ctrl alt del prog is pushed upd appears 4 times what is this PC keeps freezing up is this why and how can I fix it either way. Also I have no sound on some things like "you have mail"why? How can I erase the last person who had this pc's stuff and start over with mine without the startup disc

By reading your computer's profile it looks to me like to stop your computer from frezzing you need to upgrade your computers memory.

The more memory you have the better your computer will perform.

Also to get the you got mail sound to pop up do the following:

Click on the start button on your taskbar, scroll up and click on run

Once there type the word control and press enter

This will bring you in the control panel, once there scroll down and double click the sounds and multimedia icon

This is where you can configure the sound thats outputted from your system
