Microsoft's department of evil intent strikes again!

At one time e-mail was delivered as addressed from me to MSN addresses, msn.com. For the past several weeks, all mail is being returned by MSN, some as "deferred" some with a notation of "bad file number"

Have done the "blame game thing" with RoadRunner and they finally said that MSN will not accept e-mail from the Tampa domain, they-RR do not know why. Can you give an explanation for this?
