How to fix colors?

after running maintainence wizard the fonts and wording in the control panel and on the screens are distorted and can't be deceiphered

Try changing the color in setting by, right clicking the desktop and then go to properties then settings then try chaging the colors to either 16 bits or 24 bit then press advance and click the box that says restart your computer before applying the settings this should help
