DVD won't play my movies

I HAVE A DVD PLAYER PIONEER MODEL 105 IN MY COMPUTER. I WATCH MOVIES IN

MY BEDROOM ON THE COMPUTER AT NIGHT. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO WATCH RENTED MOVIES BUT LATELY I PUT THE DVD IN MY PLAYER AND IT TRIES TO READ THE DVD AND THEN EJECTS I HAVE TRIED CLEANING THE THE LENS WITH MAXELL DVD LENS CLEANER CD ROM AND CLEANING THE DVD DISK WITH A SOFT CLOTH WITH NO LUCK. I CAN PLAY MY OLD PERSONAL DVD'S WITH NO PROBLEM IT HAS BEEN THE LASTCOUPLE OF MONTHS SINCE THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING. I AM A NOVICE AT THIS AND HOPE YOU CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVICE ON HOW TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM

Go to start > programs and find your DVD player it should have subfolders and go into systems info and check for MPEG and DVD in General they should say yes, if it doesn't and you have the software check for repair or re-install software Check the DVD properties in device manager.
