My computer keeps closing down without warning

my computer keeps closing down without warning when its come back on it says that its recovering from a serious error

Your problem lies in the power options of your computer

Go to start and then run

When in the run dialog box type the word control and press enter (this will take you to the control panel)

When in the control panel scroll down and double click the power options icon

When in the power options window click on the advanced tab

When in the advanced tab dialog box pops up click on the option that states Turn off hard disk, select the option to never turn off your hard disk.

Click ok, restart your computer and everything should be fine
