How to revise the booting problem?

Windows XP Pro takes 20 minutes to boot up. This occured for no obvious reason. Previous boot was OK, next boot = 20+ minutes.

Obviously would like any info on this problem.

Try uninstalling and then re-installing in safe mode by pressing f8 when the computer starts to boot up.
