I've installed Lavasoft's Ad-Aware 6.0. On initial System Scan it detected 39 targeted/suspect cookies and 1 targeted Registry Key, ALEXA. Should I now quarantine that Registry Key? I've always been reluctant to mess with the Registry Files, and reading the Users Manual doesn't really tell me how to make that judgement. Google didn't help me on this (too many hits).

I recommend you go ahead with the removal If any application start complaining, they shouldn't be on your system (you can re-install the application if you can't live without spyware) I would remove ALEXA though, they are always up to no good.
