Why can I receive emails but I can't send out?

I cannot send email from my outlook express,bu I can receive..I checked my account and it seems Ok. error: server rejected the amail address that you want to send email..

Try this :

Open Outlook Express

Click on Tools in the menu bar

Choose Accounts..

Click on the Mail tab

Click on the mail server account (If you do not have one, follow the instructions to setup Outlook Express to read mail)

Click on the Properties button

Make sure that both the incoming and outgoing servers are the same

Check the "My server requires authentication" option

Click ok
