How to reinstall you video card driver?

I tried to install another video card on my comp and i forgot to disbale the other drivers and i got a blue error screen and then my computer shut down and now the comp doenst start up i get nothing but a blank screen is there a way to reset the mother board/or fix the problem?

What you need todo is go into safe mode by: retstarting oyur compuer and then when you here it press f8 and they using the basic default driver this will allow you to upgrade with out a problem then restart you computer and then install the driver for the new video.
