How to fix kernel 32 error message on roxio-cd creator?

reprising the kernel 32 error message on roxio-cd creator. I followed the steps on Msconfig, but no luck. I then uninstalled the 5 version, and reinstalled the original 4 version, which seemed to have worked. okay-no error message. Then I uninstalled 4, reinstalled 5 and got the error message. I searched for creator. dll, found it , tried to open and it wouldn't open, just highlighted and nothing.

Any further suggestions

Try This:

1 Click Start, and then click Run.

2 In the Open box, type msconfig, and then click OK.

3 Click the Startup tab

The Startup tab lists items that load at startup from the Startup folder and the registry You can select the configuration files that you do not want to load when you restart the computer.

4 Click to clear the EncMonitor check box, and then click OK.

5 Click Yes to the Do you want to restart your computer now? message.
