Can you copy favorites to a floppy all at once?

Can you copy favorites to a floppy all at once? I tried control+A but it doesn't take, only whatever web page I happen to be on

Copying Favorites to a floppy disk

Double click on My Computer

Double click on C:

Double click on Windows

Click on Show Files

Find the Favorites folder and double click on it

Select the folder or folders you want Hold down the Ctrl key and click once with the mouse to select multiple files.

Go to File on the menu bar

Select Send to and then 3 ½ Floppy (A:)
