I recently purchased a Canon S750 inkjet printer. I use a program Quattro Pro 6.0. It will not print the graphs that I create with this program. My old printer, Epson stylus 800 had no problems with graphs. I can print out the worksheets okay, but the graphs will not print.

I can print graphs with Excel 2000. I can print everything else with whatever program I have.

The printer info sheet comes up. If the printer is in standby mode, the printer will turn on okay, but that is the only operation it does. It doesn't feed any paper, it just sits there.

I have download a new driver from Canon. No change. I have looked at the device manager properties, everything looks good. No exclamation points!!! I did notice that the performance of my computer is at 63%. I don't know what that means.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Check that the cable that go from the printer to the computer is correctly inserted and not lose second go to the settings from the start menu click on the active printer check if there are print jobs on stand-by, if there are jobs on stand-by delete them after you delete the jobs do a test print Make sure printer driver is the correct one for your Operating System and last check with Cannon's web site under FAQ's to see if there are any issues with Quattro.
