How to delete cookies?

my problem is when i go to some web sites says i have to enable my cookies so i go to internet options the security then custom level someone showed me this on there computer then scroll down but i do not have cookies there to enable how do i get them back

You not find it under security.

The cookies are listed under the general tab.

Please click on START, select SETTINGS, then click on CONTROL PANEL Double click on the INTERNET (it may be shown as Internet Options) icon, then click on the SETTINGS button.

On the window that appears click on the VIEW FILES button Click on EDIT at the top of that window, then click on SELECT ALL Press the DELETE key on your keyboard, then click on YES to delete the cookies.

Its okay your friend just showed you too fast and it happens I've done it before and had to call my friend back to get the right information I hope that the way I wrote for you it works just find for you
