So What's the problem?

I was sent an e-mail with a word attachment with it and the attachment would open. I forward the same e-mail to my yahoo address and it opened fine. I'm using Office XP Professional. Should I reload Office?

If you received a email with a attachment and it opened and then you emailed it to your yahoo address and it also opened fine then your system is runing okay you do not have to reload windows xp.
