Why your colors are changing?

My computer only shows some color there is not tint but red is black and some other colors show up as different colors. The connection between the monitor and the tower is good no kinks and its straight. I think that it started when I reinstalled windows.how can i fix this?

One you may need to change your video card also update your drives.
