How can I fix the colors on the desktop?

My computer only shows some color there is not tint but red is black and some other colors show up as different colors. The connection between the monitor and the tower is good no kinks and its straight. I think that it started when I reinstalled windows.how can i fix this?

Right click in the middle of the screen, on the display properties go to the Appearance tab, there you will be able to fix the colors on the computer
