What to do if cpu dose not detect external devices?

i turn on my computer and it does it's normal boot up but nothing else works. like the monitor, keyboard, or mouse. it seems like none of the accessories outside of the computer work. please help.

Check all connections of external devices and reboot if problems still occur trouble shoot from windows knoledgebase.
