I am not getting a post beep the machine will power on fine but will not boot up or even allow me to get to bios i have replaced the motherboard and switched power supplies i dont know what else to do help me please.

It could be that some of your components are not installed correctly When a system goes through the POST (Power On Self Test)process it checks to see if the necessary equipment it needs to boot up are working correctly..This equipment could includes th system bios, memory, CPU, hard drive etc...If these components are not working properly the system will give you a series of beeps or no beeps at all.

Make sure when you replace the motherboard that the previous components were installed on the motherboard correctly Also make sure the motherboards jumpers are set correctly.
