How to get winzip

I downloaded a program (zip file) which is a windows install program, but when i unzip it, it shows up as a msi file. when i try it on another win98 computer, its a self installing program. I do not know why my computer does not reconise it?

You must download a winzip software, its freeware that will allow you to open files and folders that you have downloaded with a zip file.
