This means you are running to many applications at the sametime and one of the applications is conflicting with another You may also get this when you are low in memory, usually after that your computer may freeze or force you to close an application in order for it to continue

solution

-Upgrade your memory (RAM)

- Run less applications at the sametime

- You may also want to upgrade your operating system to windows 2000 instead of 98 Windows 2000 have better memory management capabilities.
