The MSVCLT.DLL file is linked to missing export MSVCRT.DLL

On startup I get the following:

The MSVCLT.DLL file is linked to missing export MSVCRT.DLL??_U@YAPAXL@Z

any ideas please?

The file that you are missing is a system file, you should use your system repair disk to restore all of your missing .dll files within your system.
