Why fullscreen does stay on?

Why do any programs taht require fullscreen minimize every 45 seconds & what can I do to fix this problem?

You can turn off this feature by doing the following:

Before the encoding session starts, on the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the General tab.

Disable the Minimize during screen capture session, then stop on restore option, and then click OK.
