I configured the ram frequency in Bios and after that my monitor didn't show anything but light. What camn I do to fix this?

Few days ago,i went to the bios page and i configure some of the things(ram frequency).when i reset,my moniter didn't show anything but the light of the moniter is on and all the things in the computer also working.and when i press alt+ctrl+delete and my computer restart but it showed the same problem.Please help me.thank you.

Try going back into your BIOS and change the information back to the way it was and see if that helps.
