I loaded Zone Alert for security and Cookie Cop on my computer in an effort to get rid of Pop-ups. Now I am having trouble accessing the internet through Explorer. My SBC DSL is fully operational, but when I try to use Explorer, it says it is connecting, but is never able to do so. SBC Global support folks told me I need to re-load drivers, but when I opened the CD with the drivers on it, it asked which one and reminded me that loading the wrong one could crash my computer.
Could there be another problem?
