My PC reboots itself on its own or can also freeze up. The problem is very intermittent as my machine can run fine for a week or can reboot itself 10 times in one morning. This problem has been occuring for around 3 or so months now. There is no paticular application or program running when this occurs. I have checked my BIOS power management settings and the power management settings in Windows. I wanted to upgrade thankfully because so far i have replaced my Motherboard, Processor, Memory, Power supply and went from win98 to winxp. The problem still exixts. I also have my machine plugged into a good surge protector so i dont think its the power from my apartment.

Thanks for any help in advance
