When I powerdown I get the error code Ddhelp

When I powerdown I get the error code Ddhelp. I did a search at google and the info I received said to adjust the advanced graohics settings, but that didn't work. This pc has no audio or games, just windows 98. Any idea what would cause the Ddhelp error code?

Use your emergency recover disk and load the video card drivers, if needed try an upgrade of your video card and drivers this usually related to a video cards and low resources.
