Sytem detecting drivers

Is it possible to have two operating systems "Windows ME" and "Windows 2000" installed on different hard drives but on the same computer sharing one modem installed on the "Windows ME" Drive(C:)

Yes it is, all you have to do is go into add new hardware and search for the drivers, most times the system will automatically detect modem drivers, if not and have the floppy or cd to install, install it on both
