eAnthology Manager w/a "STOP" sign is an icon on the lower right hand side of the screen. Never really payed a lot of attention to it until it suddenly started displaying that it found a jillion problems with my system. All items in my computer were installed at the time I purchased the system from Dell. I have a current Norton anti-virus system and don't know what this "STOP" thing is or if i need it or, if not, how to make it go away.
Thanx, Butch

Stop Sign picks up 'spyware' as well as some virii, eAnthology itself is spyware
First, Go to either of the following two and run an online virus scan: http://housecall.antivirus.com/
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/
Then go here and download and run Spybot Search and Destroy to take care of the spyware:
After installing, go to the Online tab, and search for and install all updates.
Finally, after closing down Internet Explorer, hit 'Check for Problems', and have SpyBot remove all it finds.
