CMOS battery is dead

I rebooted my computer and haven't been able to get past the password screen. CMOS battery is dead. I entered the password that i had put on but its not letting me past logon screen. What do i do to fix it

First replace the CMOS battery, you will lose all password settings and system settings, when you rteplace the battery create a new password and set all systemm settings again
