Won't scan

need help with scanner it won't scan pictures

This question was answered on March 21, 2003. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

First check all your connections.

Then make sure you have installed your scanner and the drivers for it correctly.

On the cd you should be offer a program that works with your scanner so that you can do all the great things scanners do

Check to see if they are installed, if not, install them

Follow the instructions When you are finished with this go to your programs list locate scanner,

put a picture in your scanner and start scanning.
