I have the Nimda virus on my PC that reoccurs every 10 days. My McAfee virus DAT file is update and will clean the mess when it occurs, but does not find the actual virus "file".

How can I get this cleaned up?

The nimda virus is an internet worm This means you get it every time you enter a certain web page it automatically downloads itself to your computer So in fact your MacAfee did delete this virus however you probably when back to that certain site with the nimda virus and it reentered your system I would recommend you do a monitoring of the internet web sites you visited and see if there is a pattern.
