Maximizing & Minimizing screen problems

Outlook Express : Before I took my system to your shop , opening "Create" & "Reply" would open full-screen maximized . You reinstalled W98 and now these functions open minimized. How to I get them to open maximized ??? Thanks for your help .

What you have to do is before you close the minimized screen, you should open it full size and then close it This should save the full size screen for the next time you open up that certain screen.
