Try this:

Step 1: Recheck BIOS Upgrade

If you attempt to upgrade your BIOS (called "flashing") and you receive an "insufficient memory" error message, stop and recheck the BIOS upgrade directions Make certain you are following them precisely

Step 2: Retry the Upgrade

Try again to run the BIOS upgrade program If you receive the same error message, proceed to the next step

Step 3: Restart, Enter CMOS

Restart your PC, and this time go into CMOS Setup (usually by pressing the Delete key or a key combination, indicated on the boot screen)

Step 4: Disable Caching

Locate the section in your CMOS Setup menu that references "Chipset Features" and select it From the Chipset Features screen, disable any caches or shadow caches that may be enabled Save your changes and exit

Step 5: Retry BIOS Upgrade

Try once more to run the BIOS upgrade If you have no success, contact the BIOS manufacturer (or your motherboard or PC manufacturer)
