Am constantly losing System Resources. Have had 'puter in the shop three times for this reason and it will work for a while but then system starts shutting down again. I am doing what they told me...adding only one or two programs at most to task bar, etc but still after a while...it starts doing the same thing again.

Hope you can give me an answer to this problem.

The reason you are losing system resources is because you don't have enough memory.

I can tell from your profile that you only have 64mb of RAM on your computer

Now you have a few choices

1 Leave your computer the way it is (however this will limit the amount of programs you can have open)

2 Upgrade your memory (RAM) If you don't know how take your computer to a shop and tell them you want a memory upgrade

3 Buy a new computer

I would recommend you choose opinion 3 because you seem to have an old computer and it's not worth the cost of upgrading your memory, unless you know how to do it yourself

you should have at less 256MB of RAM
