Why do programs that require running in a fullscreen minimize to the desktop?

Why do programs that require running in a fullscreen minimize to the desktop & I have to remaximize them by clicking on it in the taskbar, they minimize approximately every minute.. I have switched out 3 video cards, switched monitors, scan disked, defragged and this still hasnt solved the problem.

A lot of times you can just solve that problem why changing the screen resolution If the screen if to small and you run a program on full screen mode, the program sometimes minimize automatically

To change the screen resolution go right click on the desktop go to properties and click on the settings (or display setting on older operating systems) Under screen resolution change it to something like 1024 by 764 pixels or higher

This should solve your problem.
