What is reformat the hard drive?

Question

hi there, I've had a crash after I deleted some epson printer drivers since my printer started to print only strange symbols. So I wanted to install the printer software again. Anyways, my computer was on, and I wanted to insert the printer cable.

How wrong, and so I know now.

It crashed immediatly.

The error window goes as follows: error at loading explorer.exe. you have to install windows again.

After clicking OK another error window goes as follows: error at start of program. the file SHLWAPI.DLL is connected to missing execution USER32.DLL:U.

Then the computer doesnt do anything.

So, I've got Win98 SE on a 500mhz celeron with 128RAM, PLEASE who can help me out? would be extremely grateful. On forehand many thanks. René
