Whst is a file search?

hi please help me!!

i am new to computing but when i try to retrieve a file or look at a file via a link it doesnt seem to work the page seems to appear about 25% of it and does not do anything else and therefore i cannot open any links and i have used the system disk clean up and de-fragged all hard drives the problem still exists.

do you have any helpful answers or solutions if so please can you help as it is driving me crazy

If that dosen't work, then the filee may have been contaminated Defragmenting may have help you at all

If you have the file on floppy, delete the file from your hard drive and re-install the file from your floppy.

Keep all your important documents and files on a backup disk.
