How to delete win media file?

i am trying to delete a windows media file but it keeps deneying it saying it is in use by another program or user, how do i find out what program is running it and turn it off, i am the only user? property tab shows nothing.

Press ALT CTRL DELETE, it lead to the task manager which shows what prgrtams or files are being run If it varifies the file being run, highlight the the file then press end task.

Than run the file again.

If not, click on My Computer and open up the harddrive Then open Pogram Files and click on the media file delete it from there Then re-install the file from disk You shhould have a media disk.
