How can I tell how much system memory (RAM) is installed in my Dell computer using Windows XP?

I always wanted to know, can you tell me how to get the information.

The Windows XP "Help and Support" Function

Click Start.

Click Help and Support.

Under the "Pick a Task" heading, click Use Tools to view your computer information and diagnose problems.

Click My Computer Information under "Tools" on the left side of the screen.

Click View general system information about this computer.

There may be a momentary wait and the appearance of a progress bar while the system collects information.

Scroll down the right side of the screen to Memory (RAM).

The amount of memory will be displayed in megabytes.
