Can no longer map my network dreves

I can no longer map my network drives. I stepped through the boot process and the "vnetsup.vxd" file is not being loaded (it is in my windows\system folder). Think it happened after I switched from Comcast modem to WideOpenWest - not sure.

Please Help!

I think by switching the modem you had to download some new drivers, if you didn't maby the Wide open west modem is to powerfull for your system right now, or has no room on your hard drive to load it once it tries
