What is Windows 2000?

I recently installed MS Office Works. I removed it, and installed Front Page only. Shortly thereafter, I reinstalled Paint Shop Pro v7.01 and updated to v7.04 via a patch. Problem is, my start and desktop icons for PSP show up as the Front Page icon. I have right clicked to get to properties, ect but my locate target and change icon buttons under the shortcut tab are greyed out, preventing me to change anything. I have full admin rights as this is win2k pro.

Not damaging my system, but is driving me nuts as I rely on quick scans of my desktop to open programs.

Any ideas?
