I have windows 98, office 2000 and alot of programes in my PC but it infect with aboot virus.

i remove the virus from a clean Bootable CD-R (windows98 boot up CD) with anti-virus and i can see all my files and windows folders and i Recover the booting area by type "FDISK /MBR - then SYS C:", whin i restart my PC it start and boot up but in ms-dos mode i mean windows 98 not startup - my question is there asolution to fix this problem without need to reinstall windows 98 (it will take time & the problem only on the boot area).

Boot the PC with the Windows 98 Boot disk Restart PC and reset the Bios.
