Color printing will no longer occur.

Changed cartridges twice.

Indicator shows almost full cartridge.

Black printing ok.

Ran nozzle check and head cleaning x 2.

No color printing at all.

Leaves blank areas on printouts where color would otherwise be.

With this EPSON , is it possible to change the printer head assembly ?

We asked at BestBuy Service and they said they did not think that you could change the EPSON head assembly.

Was something possibly damaged during a cartridge change if the print head was manually bumped when it tried to return to the right side of the printer?

Any assistance is most appreciated. We would rather not take it to Gateway.

Other than this one issue this printer has been great. The finest we have had so far.

Thank you-

There's a *sticker* on the top of the ink cartridge. Did you remember to remove it? it cuts off the inkflow if it's not removed

Did you buy the correct ink cartridge by model number and brand?

Keep in mind that generic replacement ink cartridge may damage your printer and void your warranty

I hope this helps
