How do I delete e-mails that I don't want to open first because I believe them to have a virus? Also, how do I delete "cookies" and get some of my disk space back?

1 when checking your emails always scan with anti-virus software.
2 if the anti-virus programs detects a problem each inbox have a (DELETE) option to erase emails if you cannot locate that button select the email right-click it and choose the (DELETE) option.
how to delete cookies ?
1 on your desktop right click the start button on the left corner.
2 click the explore option, a window with will come up showing all folrders on your computer.
3 locate the folder named (COOKIES) and open it highlight the files than press the (X) on the menu on top or right-click a highlighted file and they will be deleted.
second option to delete cookies?
1 press the START option on the left corner, PROGRAMS, look for ACCESSORIES, go to SYSTEMS TOOLS and select DISK CLEANUP, it will than perform a search and a small windows with several choices will appear select (TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES) then press (OK)
