I recently upgraded from Win200 to XP Home Edition. When running 3D applications (Games) the video or gameplay freezes for a sec then contiunes to play then freezes then continues etc. I have updated my BIOS, I have the lastest drivers for my Nvidia Geforce 3, I have updated the AGP drivers and running Direct X 9a. Don't know what to do from here.

Thanks.

Keith

YOU HAVE TO REMMEBER XP IS AN OPERATING SYSTEM THAT HAS ALOT OF NEW GRAPHIC WHICH TAKE UP ALOT OF MEMORY SPACE GAMES ALSO TAKE ALOT OF MEMORY YOUR PROBLEMS SEEMS TO BE THAT YOUR SYSTEM DOESNT HAVE THE SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF MEMORY TO SUPPORT XP AND THE 3D APPLICATIONS THE SOLUTION WOULD BE TRY TO ADD MORE MEMMORY TO YOUR PC I HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM WHEN I WAS RUNNING THESE PROGRAMS WITH 64 MB OF MEMORY AND I UPGRADED TO 128MB AND NOW THE GAMES I PLAY DO NOT FREEZE.
